Travel & Food Writing

For many years Norah has been writing about her travels, exploring new destinations and adventures. She has a particular interest in discovering new foodie destinations and no surprise that she purchased the monthly FOOD&WINE Magazine in 2002 to fulfill her passion for all things culinary.

Previously, along with her husband Richard, she travelled extensively in Australasia, Africa and the Caribbean. In more recent years she spends two months each year travelling – finding new unexplored territories or sometimes revisiting old favourites. She continues to chair the Restaurant of the Year Awards and reviews restaurant and food offerings throughout the year.
